Impuls Educació wants to be deeply respectful of people’s right to preserve their privacy and intimacy and therefore complies with the provisions of Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13, on the Protection of Personal Data and Law 34/2002, of July 11, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce.

If you want to receive information about our activity, you only need to give us your contact details to comunicacio@impulseducacio.org and we will provide you with information about upcoming events, publications, videos and current news, completely free of charge. If you do not manifest the contrary, we will understand that, by accepting this legal text, you give your express consent and expressly authorize these data treatments, the sending of information and/or communications, commercial or not, that may be of your interest, through any type of communication media, including electronic, such as your e-mail or cell phone.

Users who access the Impuls Educació website will do so in accordance with the law, and are obliged at all times not to access the website or its contents in any way that is contrary to that established and/or for illicit purposes, harmful to the rights and freedoms of third parties, or which may damage, deteriorate, saturate or slow down the website.

If you wish to share with Impuls Educació photographs, recorded voices and/or personal or family videos, you give us your express consent for Impuls Educació to use your personal image and voice and/or the image of your underage descendants and their voices, which you have provided directly or allowed us to capture voluntarily, in accordance with Organic Law 1/1982, of May 5th, on the Civil Protection of the Right to Honor, Personal and Family Privacy and One’s Own Image, for use and dissemination in Impulso’s own media or that of third parties and in other commercial or informative communication supports considered pertinent by Impuls, by any means, whether graphic, audiovisual or sound, printed or electronic, or by any other unspecified means, for strictly informative or promotional purposes of Impuls Educació and its activities, expressly renouncing any claim to possible economic rights, without geographical or time limitations, always within the strict framework of these promotional purposes of Impuls Educació.

Users may always revoke the consent they have given for the processing of their data in order to inform them by post and/or e-mail about Impuls Educació’s activities and projects, as well as revoke consent for the dissemination of their personal or family image.
